Cover is in very good condition, no tears or seam splits. Very light handling wear to the edges. Includes the inner cardboard lyric sleeve

Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see a couple of light scratches on each side of the record so I have played the single on both sides.
No issues at all with play, surface noise is very low (although you can hear LOW level surface noise during the track run- in's and run-out's) and I didn't hear any clicks/pops at all
