Cover is in good condition, no seam splits and clean with very little wear to the edges from handling EXCEPT the spine which does have a light tear (but not a seam split), no writing but some light creasing front and rear.
New inner sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see a few very light marks on each side but the vinyl surface is clean. However just looking at a record is not good enough so I then played the ENTIRE compilation album, every single track. Although at times the surface noise is slightly elevated but overall the album has no signficant issues with surface noise or clicks/pops.
