Very very good early music from The Kinks and it's not just about the music, this has the very "culturally challenging" song LOLA on the album - the band was really pushing "the limits" with this one in particular. This was the 1970's and to sing about "Gay love" was a big NO-NO in those times. The music is also very interesting, quite a trip back into one of the leading progressive UK bands of the times.
This is a NUDE offering!
What on earth does that mean? I hear you asking ... (while standing on one leg, with your head to one side and one eye closed)
Sometimes "things" happen, parties, good times and careless handling ... yes, the cover was destroyed and I am now left with ONLY the vinyl (which I have repackaged into a NEW inner sleeve and NEW plain white heavy cardboard outer sleeve with protective cover.
NO pretty pictures, no credits to read - just the music!
So, in summary ... NUDE refers to these things outlined below (not Ray Davies!)
Vinyl record, exactly as described below
New inner plastic liner sleeve
New outer white cardboard cover** (completely unmarked)
New outer protective sleeve
** NO ORIGINAL COVER, WHETHER IT BE A GENERIC RECORD LABEL COVER OR A "RELEASE" COVER

NEW Bright White plain cover is in very good condition, it should be because it is new! No tears, no writing and the edges have no handling wear.
NEW inner sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source I can see a number of very light ~ light scratches on either side. Fifty years ago this was THE album to put on the "Stereogram" during a party, and this copy was well played! However visual inspections can be deceptive and the only way to properly judge a record condition is to play it, ENTIRELY. This is especially true of the "old" vinyl (so-called unbreakable vinyl) because it is much harder than modern vinyls. So I have played both sides ENTIRELY and there are no significant issues with surface noise or clicks/pops. Oh yes, there are the occasional low level clicks & pops but nothing dramatic and ABSOLUTELY NO MISTRACKING!
NEW outer protective plastic sleeve
TRACKS: The Contenders, Strangers, Denmark Street, Get Back In Line, Lola, Top Of The Pops, The Moneygoround, This Time Tomorrow, A Long Way From Home, Rats, Apeman, Powerman, Got To Be Free
A CLASSIC FROM THE KINKS (Watch the drummer, so bored!)
