JACKSON BROWNE - Running On Empty
Asylum Records
Cat# 6E-113
Australian release
1977
Cover is in very good condition, no writing, no tears, no seam splits with only light edge wear from handling, includes the inner printed sleeve and the very nice 8 page pictorial booklet
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good (minus) condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can only see a couple of very light - light marks or scratches on either side. Just looking at your vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the album ENTIRELY, every track, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or click/pops BUT ...
SIDE TWO - TRACK ONE (Shaky Town) I did not notice a very short but apparently deep scratch (careless use of the tonearm) and this became obvious when playing the track. Just shortly after the song begins, there is suddenly two rather abrupt "glitches - mistracks" and they are obvious once I had a more careful look at the vinyl. Not nice at all.
This is the only issue I noticed, the remainder of Side two is fine and Side one is fine also
New outer protective sleeve
