American "bubble pop" band that had their biggest successes in the 1960's
For all the world you could be forgiven for thinking this was a Brit band, very British sound with a touch of surf pop at times.
They have had a number of lineup changes over the years, the members on this recording were:
Mark Gutkowski (original member) - Rhythm guitar, Vocals
Chuck Travis - Lead guitar, Vocals
Rusty Oppenheimer - Drums, Vocals
Larry Ripley - Bass, Horns & Vocals
Bruce Shay - Percussion, Vocals
1910 FRUIT GUM CO. - Goody Goody Gum Drops

USA release
Heavy card cover is in good condition, no tears, no seam splits, no significant graphic wear (light rubbing in places to the Black background but not serious) and with only light edge wear from handling. No personal writing on the front however the rear does have an area of "White Out" applied to obscure handwritten notes and alongside this is a number within a circle (Pink/Red). There is also a hole from the front cover (top right hand side) through the cover - this suggests the album was a "deletion" although usually the hole punch is much more distinctive.

Vinyl is in very good condition, I visually inspected the vinyl under a bright White halogen light source, I can see just a couple of VERY LIGHT scratches on either side.
Just looking at the vinyl isn't a very good method to judge the condition of the vinyl, so let's have a listen ... I have played the ENTIRE release, and there are NO issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops. 55 years on and this album still sounds very good.
