USA release
Industry only promotional copy - gold stamped with a Festival catalogue number L 30781.1 although I cannot find that this catalogue number was ever used.
Cover is in very good condition, no tears, no writing, no seam splits although I can see some light edge wear from handling.
New inner plastic sleeves
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see a couple of very light ~ light scratches on each side. Just visually inspecting a record is not good enough so I then played the ENTIRE album, every track, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or click/pops
Outer protective plastic sleeve
Tracks: Romanticide, Military English, Hi-Fidelity Situations, Shadow Occupations
