Cover is in very good condition, no tears, no writing and light handling wear to the opening edge only. The rear of the cover has slight "grubbiness" due to the non-laminated white card used.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source, I can see just a couple of very light, small scratches on each side. I then played the entire album and there are no significant issues with surface noise or click/pop events.
