Very nice smooth jazz with a Spanish "tinge", Mike was born in New Zealand (1940) largely his talents were unrecognised and he moved to USA in 1961 to further study jazz and bringing him into contact with greats such as Coleman Hawkins amongst others. After a while he formed Fourth Way in San Francisco, an adverture into the beginnings of jazz-rock in the early 1970's
