Cover is in good condition, no tears, no seam splits, no writing but there are signs of handling/storage wear - rubbing along the seams and a light vinyl ring to the front.
New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition on both sides, visually inspected carefully under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light to light marks/scratches on both sides. I then played the ENTIRE album, every single track and there are no significant issues with surface noise or clicks/pops.
