A lot of marketing information on the rear cover which, when translated as best I could, in English means that Romeo plays the accordion and is supported by Salvatore Ida. The songs are apparently well know Italian folk genre

Italian release
NOTE: This is an Italian release, Italian folk music and all lyrics are in Italian (but nice to listen to even if I don't understand the words!)
Cover is in good condition, no tears, no seam splits, clean and edges have very light handling wear although one side is not joined well but that is from manufacturing. This is a top opening cover, not side, and as a result there is some light ~ medium wear to the top rear edge from handling.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches or marks on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a good way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track on both sides, and there were no issues with surface noise nor click/pops. Although I didn't understand a single word in the lyrics, quite "laid back" enjoyable in any case!
