Cover is in good condition, light edge wear from handling, no tears, no graphic damage but lamination overlay lifting in a couple of places front and rear. It looks as though the cover was not assembled correctly at manufacture, the rear sheet sits slightly higher than the rest of the cover.

Vinyl is in good - very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source, I can see very light - light scratches on each side, two being a little more noticeable on Side 2. I have then played the entire album
Surface noise is not a significant issue at all, either side. I couple of click/pop events but again nothing concerning.
