Cover is in good condition, medium edge wear due to handling and a very small central seam split on the spine. Note that there is a handwritten name on the cover rear. Overall it looks a bit "grubby" due to handling and the white/cream background colours.
SPECIAL TEST RELEASE WITH NO RECORD LABEL MARKINGS AT ALL - this is a plain white label with handwriting to indicate the record content.

New white paper inner sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, examined under a bright white halogen light source and I can see some light scratches on either side. I then played the ENTIRE album, every single track, and there are no significant issues (although at times I can hear some low level surface noise) or click/pops on each side - still a very good play.
