Ok, it's a pretty catchy song but just "feels" silly, a bit "empty headed" with some strange instrumental sounds thrown in for good measure (such as a pop whistle!)
Think of it as a disco beat, electro pop (yes there is some silly lyrics)
It looks to have been a promotional release for the American hamburger chain, Wendy's
No idea who the outfit called Tenderloinz was, no credits to any musicians just the production team, in particular Tom Marolda and I strongly suspect he is "Tenderloinz" being a long time American songwriter, musician, record producer, engineer and music publisher.

Sometimes the matrix codes can be interesting - the music is certainly pretty boring!

Generic plain white cover is in good condition, no edge wear, no seam splits, no writing but being all a matt white it does show grubby handling marks.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, inspected under a white halogen light I can see just a few light scratches on each side. I then played both sides completely and there are no issues with surface noise or clicks/pops - good play if a somewhat brainless song/jingle
New outer protective sleeve
