Generic Epic label cover is in good (minus) condition, it does have a bottom seam split (2cm) and a vinyl ring is showing. No writing on the cover.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good - excellent condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of extremely light scratches. I then played both sides of this 12" single - no issues at all with surface noise and barely any click/pop events - nice play!
New outer plastic protective sleeve
