Record cover is in good (minus) condition, no writing, just light edge wear from handling, clean but the front & rear have a substantial vinyl ring and discolouration. No seam splits.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on each side. HOWEVER, I then played both sides entirely, the most noticeable thing is a little "bump" which my head cartridge rode with no issues at all (it is not a dramatic bump but it is noticeable) ABSOLUTELY NO MISTRACKING (and I use a very light force on my styli so mistracking would be easy to detect) besides this, no issues with surface noise with only the occasional click/pop. Great play!
