Plain Black generic cover is in good condition, no tears, no seam splits, clean, no personal writing - in fact it has no writing or identification of any kind on the cover or record label(s) except 007 - identification is possible only through the run-out matrix or listening!
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on either side. Just looking at your vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track on both sides, and there were no issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops.
