Australian release
Cover is in very good condition, no seam splits, no writing, no tears and only light edgewear from handling.
New inner plastic sleeve
The vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see only a couple of very light scratches on either side but I also noticed (when held a certain way in the light) this strange surface appearance, but only in part. NOT a 'heat warp' or sleeve leeching but just a change in the vinyl reflection in on area. Why does this matter? .... read on as I have some special comments about the playback.
A visual inspection just doesn't cut it so I then played the ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise or clicks/pops at all
BUT
I am not sure if it is the recording or the vinyl, on Side A the first couple of tracks have what for all the world sounds like "phasing" effects, now this could just be the disco fashion at the time (e.g Russell Morris with The Real Thing) but it just sounds a bit weird (to me). On Side B I also heard this effect but only on one track.
New outer protective sleeve
