Record cover is in good (minus) condition, no seam splits, no tears but medium edge wear from normal handling and I can see a small "product deletion" slot cut into the spine. No writing on the cover or labels.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source I can see a few light scratches/scuff marks on each side. I then played both sides entirely, very solid play with no significant issues, surface noise can be heard "between tracks" but otherwise no significant click/pops during playback.
