Generic Polygram cover is in good condition, no tears, no seam splits, no writing anywhere on the cover but overall just a little dirty looking from handling.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on each side BUT these mainly appear in the run-out area (non playing area). I then played the ENTIRE release on both sides, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or clicks/pops at all - a disco standard which plays very well.
New outer protective sleeve
