Generic plain black cover is in good condition with no seam splits, no tears and light edge wear from normal handling.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source I can see just a couple of light scratches on each side. I then played both sides entirely, no issues with surface noise or click/pops.
