New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good (minus) condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see quite a few light marks or scratches on both sides - make no mistake, this record was a popular play and the surface shows it!.
I then played both sides, sure there is a higher level of surface noise than "normal" (not excessive though) but still perfectly fine - the surface noise is "buried" by the music most of the time.
