Generic plain black cover with Dark Records stick on label is in very good condition, light edge wear from normal handling, no seam splits although there is a tape repair at the rear from a "lifting seam" it is not split, clean, no tears, no writing anywhere on the cover.

New inner plastic sleeve

Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see no scratches on each side, I then played the entire record on both sides and there are no issues with surface noise or click/pops

New outer protective sleeve
