Cover is in very good condition, light seam damage to the rear but no tears, writing etc. Edge wear is very low.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good - excellent condition, inspected under a white halogen light source, I can see just one or two very light scratches on either side, I then have played the entire record
Surface noise is not a significant issue at all, barely any clicks/pops heard and when I did hear them, they were of a VERY LOW LEVEL.
New outer protective sleeve
