Generic plain white cover is in excellent condition, no tears, no writing, and no edge wear at all.
New plastic inner sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of light scratches/scuffs on each side. I then played the entire record - no issues with surface noise or clicks/pops.
New outer protective sleeve
