Cover is in good condition with no seam splits, no tears and light edge wear from normal handling but the front and rear cover look a bit "well handled" - dirty marks.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl however is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source I can see just a couple of light scratches on each side. I then played both sides entirely, no issues with surface noise or click/pops.
New outer protective plastic sleeve
