New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition on both sides, visually inspected carefully under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of light marks/scratches on both sides. I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or clicks/pops.
