Cover is in good (minus) condition, its seen a fair bit of wear n tear from handling, spine seam split (now stablised) and a small tear to the opening edge. Clean, no writing anywhere on the cover.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good (minus) condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see quite a number of light scratches on each side, I then played the entire record on both sides and sure the surface noise level is slightly higher than normal but this is totally buried by the full on hard house - another vinyl of great hard house music!
