Another mystery pressing!
In our previous audio post facilities we were sent myriads of advance releases, demo's and test pressings. I think this must be one of those but I cannot locate the bio sheet so I have very little detail about this release or the artist.
This is a 12" single sided pressing - NEVER TRY TO PLAY SIDE B, YOUR ARM WILL JUST SKIP RIGHT ACROSS THE TOP!
The matrix codes don't provide much of a clue (see below)
There is some male vocals, references to subways and Time Square so it is probably a fair bet that this was a USA artist, possibly from New York.
Because the lyrics contain the lines "In Tha' City" I have decided this is actually the song title but the performer/creator is unknown - perhaps Adam? (from the matrix code)
Unknown Artist - In Tha' City
Unknown label
Cat# 55952
Matrix codes: (stamped) 55952 A1 ADAM 001
Year of release is unknown
USA release (? - not sure)

Generic white cover is in very good condition, no seam splits, no tears, no writing - no labelling at all
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source I can see just a couple of very light scratches on the play side. I then played the entire track, very good play with no significant surface noise or click/pop issues. Pretty good music too, (nice "dirty" synth section along with the drum n bass) wish I knew who this was!
New outer protective plastic sleeve
