Alabama - Just Us
RCA Victor Records
Cat# 6495-1-R
1987
USA release
Cover (heavy cardboard) is in excellent condition, please note the slot punched out on the lower edge (front/right - rear/left) - this does NOT damage the vinyl record and is intentional. Retailers used to have the opportunity of returning slow selling stock or the record label might recall product for a variety of reasons.
I suspect this release was deleted because the track listing on the cover (rear) is TOTALLY INCORRECT - the correct song order is showing on the record label.
Once received by the distributor/record label, this notch was cut into the cover so that the album could not be resold at retail level. These "deletions" can be quite desirable because the album has been removed from "circulation" by the record label which makes them hard to find.
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see no scratches or marks on either side. Visual inspections are not enough with vinyl so I then played the ENTIRE album, all tracks - there are no issues with surface noise or clicks/pops
Supplied in new outer protective plastic sleeve
Tracks: Tar Top, I Can't Stop, I Saw The Time, You're My Explanation For Living, Face To Face, (I Wish It Could Always Be) '55, Old Man, If I Could Just See You Now, Fallin' Again
NOTE: The rear cover shows a completely different track order - this track order is incorrect
