Cover is in good condition, no tears, no personal writing, and the edges have very light wear from handling however there is a corner crease on the front (lower left corner) and the rear vanilla White background looks a little "grubby".
New plastic inner sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on each side. Just looking at your vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track, and there are no significant issues with surface noise although I did notice a slightly increased level of surface noise/clicks on Side A track 1 but the remaining tracks were fine - overall a very nice play.
