Compilation release of pleasant rock pop from the 1980's by Hammard Records

Cover is in very good condition, no writing, no seam splits or tears. However you can see a small vertical strip on the rear, near the track listing (greenish colour). This is glue residue from a track timing record attached to the cover by the broadcast station library.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see a couple of very light/small scratches on Side A and Side B has a mark/squiggle (not a scratch) on it. I then played the entire album.
Side 1 Track 1 (Doobie Brothers) has a couple of very short mistracks, very quick "jumps" - I looked very closely at the leadin and cannot see what is causing these very quick "jumps" so the defect is very small/light.
The remainder of Side 1 is a very nice playback
Side 2 is a very good play on every track
Both sides the surface noise/clicks pops are not an issue at all - barely any clicks/pop on the entire album
