Wow! Now this is a REAL blast from the past, yes it's one of 'those' compilations but this one is ALL Australian//NZ artists from way back in the late 1960's
This was when you could buy one of these albums for $2.50!
Back in the day when John Farnham was called Johnny and he released his first big hit single, Sadie The Cleaning Lady (at 17 years old) but there are plenty of other gems on this compilation too ... going back 50+ years is a bit tough on the memory so I have provided some links for further information about each artist

Cover is in good (minus) condition, no tears, no seam splits, only light ~ medium edge wear from handling BUT clear tape has been added to the spine and bottom edge to provide extra support. A small area of indistinct writing on the front cover (top left hand side) and a very small graphic damage on the front from careless removal of a previous station library ID label.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in surprisingly good condition, examined carefully using a halogen light source I can see just a few very light ~ light scratches on either side. I wasn't too worried because these old thick, hard vinyl records were much more durable than modern plastics so I then played the ENTIRE album, all tracks, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or click/pops.
