Australian country singer icon
This album was released at a time when Buddy (who had previously performed solo) formed his own recording group. His group members were Harold (his son) playing bass guitar and his daughter (Kay) who also sung. They are both pictured with Buddy on the rear cover. His wife (Grace) also loved the family touring life and accompanied Buddy but she is not pictured here.
They toured around Australia, just about everywhere you can think of, including remote Aboriginal settlements in N.T - a well known Country & Western performing family of the time.
Read the back cover, it's a very interesting read and then listen to the stories Buddy tells with his songs, some of which are about his early life experiences.

Cover is in good condition, no tears, no seam splits, no writing but oh yes, a bit tired for wear over the years, particularly the front which has graphics rubbing and the rear just looks a bit grubby.
New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can just a couple of scratches/marks on either side. Just taking a look at the vinyl isn't usually enough so I then played the album ENTIRELY, every single track, and while there are a couple of click/pops (Side A track 2 in particular) and the surface noise is slightly more elevated than "normal", this is still a great play from 50+ years ago.
New outer protective plastic sleeve
Tracks: Music In My Pony's Feet, Poison Darts, Chain Lightning The Outlaw, That Dapple Grey Bronco Of Mine, The Flying Doctor, I'll Stroll Down Memory Lane With You, Where The White Faced Cattle Roam, Brown Eyed Sweetheart Of Mine, Little Red Bonnet, Where The Lazy Murray River Rolls Along, The Overlander Trail, The Orphan Boy And His Dog
The sample song I have provided here is pretty special, it was written in memory of Buddy's daughter Donita who was tragically killed in 1948
