A great compilation of 70's Australian rock from the revered Albert label
Many consider this compilation to be one of the best from the great Albert Productions, those who bought us greats such as AC/DC, Stevie Wright, Angels and so many more...
Rocka - Compilation
EMI Records (Albert Productions)
Cat# SCA.006
1976
Cover is in very good condition, no seam splits, all edges show just light handling wear but the previous owner has written their name on the front of the cover (black pen/fairly light but noticeable just above the OC of ROCKA) and also on the record label Side 2 - no attempt has been made to remove this writing, particularly on the record label as the blue background of the label has a habit of coming off as well!
New plastic inner sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source I can see a few very light - light scratches or marks so I have played both sides of the compilation album - FANTASTIC Australian rock and it sounds sooooo good, no significant issues with surface noise at all. Oh yes you can hear low level "crackles" from the vinyl surface at times but for the majority of playback on both sides it is an absolute joy to play!
MUST BE PLAYED LOUD!
New protective outer sleeve
Note, this album has been produced with no or very short pauses between tracks (that means no inter-track pauses with one song running into the next) and a couple of times a "Rocka" voice-over promo has been inserted.
