This album is excerpts from the BBC Television show, The Rutland Weekend Television Show which screened on BBC in 1975 & 1976
Eric Idle (Monty Python member)
Neil Innes (The Rutles)
The television show added music to the comedy mix, many of the parody songs on this album are recognizable although the lyrics have been changed considerably. There are the usual short comedy skits but most of the album are parody's of well known songs or artists i.e The Beatles, T-Rex, Johnny Cash etc
The musicians on this album:
Dave Richards - Bass
Neil Innes - Vocals, Harmonica, Keyboards
Roger Swallow - Drums
Andy Roberts - Guitar
There were other musicians but the above dominated the "band"
Eric Idle & Neil Innes - Rutland Times

Cover is in very good condition, no seam splits, no tears, no writing and very light edge wear from handling.
New Inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I cannot see any scratches at all. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge a record so I then played the album ENTIRELY, both sides completely, and there are no issues with surface noise or click/pops.
New outer protective sleeve
