New inner plastic sleeve
The vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can only see a couple of very light scratches on each side. A visual inspection just isn't good enough though so I then played the ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise or clicks/pops. Very cruisey!
