Being completely written in Japanese, it is a bit hard to work out the artists on this fantastic compilation but here is my best attempt...
Japanese singer-songwriter. Ken'ichi Nagira
Japanese actor and singer-songwriter Hitoshi Komuro
Japanese folk singer Hitoshi Higashino
Japanese folk rock pop band Itsutsu No Akai Fusen
Japanese folk singer Kenji Endo
Japanese folk group Salty Sugar (working 1969 ~ 1971)
Japanese folk singer-songwriter. He has been called "Japan's Bob Dylan." Nobuyasu Okabayashi
Japanese actor, composer, folk singer Wataru Takada
Japanese rock band Happy End
Japanese singer, song-writer Tetsuo Saito
Japanese folk singer and singer-songwriter Ryo Kagawa
There may be others but I do not understand Japanese printing and cannot decipher any further.
If you like English lyrics, this double album is not for you! All songs and "audience chat" is in Japanese only but even if you don't understand the lyrics, the music is truly worthwhile!
The recording is made in "true live" format, many tracks run into each other (very hard to locate tracks visually on the vinyl) and plenty of interaction with the excitable audience! Sounds like everyone is having a great time!
Yes, some songs are very folky (good music even if the words make no sense!) and then there are these "little gems" that jump out at you and grab your ears! An example is on SJV-478 Record 1 (what we might call Record 2) Side 1, track 16 - damn this is great music! Very bluesy folk, acoustic guitar (fast playing) with harmonica being feverishly played (well) and such a great vocalist! This guy pours his soul into the song.
This type of surprise is not a one off, plenty of other great music on this double album! Flip over this Record 2 and you are greeted by a very passionately performing Nobuyasu Okabayashi with his very distinct Bob Dylan style of singing, yet another gem on this album!

Japanese release
Japanese language and lyrics
1970
Heavy cardboard gatefold cover is in very good condition, no tears, no seam splits, no writing anywhere on the cover. OBI strip is included and you can see that way back in 1970 this was quite an expensive release @ Y3000 or roughly A$38. 10 page full size booklet (with photographs) on gloss stock paper is double stapled into the spine. Again, this is all in the Japanese language.
Of course most of the printed text is in the Japanese language.
New inner plastic sleeves 2x
Both vinyls are in very good condition, visually inspected and I can see NO scratches or marks on either record although there did seem to be some dirt from the ages in the grooves on my initial play (higher than expected surface noise) so I have given both of these records a good thorough "Monk" clean. I then played all four sides ENTIRELY, every single track, and this was truly an enlightening experience - these performers REALLY get into their music! Oh and yes there still seemed to be some low level surface noise, yet another clean was made with the Monk which improved the surface noise level further - clicks/pop due to scratching are not an issue.
New outer protective sleeve
TRACKS: Sorry I cannot provide an artist - track listing as I cannot understand Japanese but the music "talks to me"
