Rod Stewart's early classics from the 1970's!
Rod Stewart - The Best Of Rod Stewart
Mercury Records
Cat# 6643 030

UK release
Gatefold cover is in good condition, no seam splits, no writing, no tears but a little "tired" looking which is not helped by the beige coloured background showing every little mark. Edge wear is very light except the opening edge which has seen a lot of use (but not torn or othewise damaged).
New inner plastic sleeves
Both vinyl are in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see only a couple of very light scratches or marks on each side of each record.
Just looking at a vinyl record isn't good enough so I then played all four sides of this release ENTIRELY, every single track, and there is a slightly elevated level of surface noise (but still at a low level) and a few low level click/pops from time to time (NOT nasty thumps!) so overall this double record release takes you way back to the early days of Rod's career after Jeff Beck Group and The Faces.
New outer plastic protective sleeve
