Ken Lyon has been writing and performing for a long time, often without receiving much attention but he is a very good songwriter, storyteller and performer, often splashing humour into his lyrics, two examples are below.

This album is recording of live performances at the Mouthpiece coffee house in Providence, Rhode Island which have been edited (not a continuous long recording session) and the recordings were made around 1970.
This Australian album release is a mystery, because we have been unable to locate any information at all mentioning this release, a number of the USA Decca releases are "around" but not this MCA release and we cannot remember where we got the copy from! Perhaps imported to NZ from Australia as I didn't even live in Australia at this time, a mystery!
The USA release was through Decca Records, not MCA and the rear graphics on this Australian pressing/print are totally different to that of the American release.
It appears to have NOT been released in any other country, just USA and this one from Australia.

197x (although the original USA release was 1970, I cannot be sure this Australian release was from the same year and the record label/cover does not state the year of release) The mention of Astor fits the time period of the early 1970's, just before their demise after the takeover by Philips Corporation.
Australian release
I have not be able to find any records of an Australian release but this is the "real deal" ... Rear cover, within a white box, has printed
PRESSED BY THE MANUFACTURERS OF ASTOR RADIOS, RADIOGRAMS AND TELEVISION
PRINTED IN AUSTRALIA BY RADIO CORPORATION PTY LTD
Unfortunately, the printing by Radio Corporation Pty Ltd has poor colour registration on the rear cover, with pink showing around the edges of the white lettering - printing fault. The fact it has a colour rear is also interesting, the original was monochrome so MCA went to the trouble of not only designing new rear graphics, they went for colour print (not very well done though by the Australian printer)
Cover is in very good condition, no tears, no seam splits, no writing.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see NO scratches or marks on either side. Just looking at the vinyl isn't a good way to judge the vinyl condition so I then played the ENTIRE album, both sides and every track, and there are no issues with surface noise or click/pops.
New outer protective sleeve
TRACKS: Muscle In My Arm, Homeward Bound, Volkswagon Blues, Percy The Dragon, Girl From The North Country, San Miguel, The Riddle Song, Dusty Road, Bad Bad Whiskey, Scotch And Soda, He Was A Friend Of Mine
