This album throws you right back to the days of beat (British beat or Merseybeat) music, very very 1960's (groovy man!) This was the music to listen to if you were very "hip" coming from the likes of The Beatles, The Hollies, Herman's Hermits and many others.
After a few years the genre shifted more towards a bluesy sound but listening back after over 50+ years now, this musical style is still a pretty good listen (for me!)
Johnny Young is was born in Rotterdam but emigrated to Australia with his family, based in Perth. One of his first television appearance was on the very hip tv show "Club Seventeen" on Perth TV as a performer and subsequently became the host of the show. Such is his talent that Johnny has become a household name in Australian entertainment being a very accomplished singer, composer, record producer, disc jockey, television producer and host.
At the time of this album release Johnny would have been around 19 years old.

Cover is in very good condition, practically no wear to the edges, no tears, no seam splits however there is a previous owner's name handwritten on the rear cover (obscured for privacy in the photograph).
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see a few light scratches on both sides. Looks can be deceiving, especially with the older pressings (much harder plastic) and this album is no exception. I then played the ENTIRE album, every single track, and the surface noise is not an issue although yes, there are a few low level click/pop's on each side but nothing of real concern.
New outer protective sleeve
Tracks: You'd Better Run, Uptight, Land Of A 1,000 Dances, Cara-Lyn, Till There Was You, Let It Be Me, Tell Her, Watcha' Gonna Do About It, So Lonely, Step Back, Time In Between, All My Sorrows
