Gatefold cover (textured) is in very good condition, no seam splits, no tears but a date is hand written on the rear (top right-hand corner) and very light mildew marks to the rear lower edge ONLY. The remaining sections of the cover are in very very good condition. This is the reissue with blue Epic labels.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source I can see just a couple of very light scratches/scuff marks on each side. I then played both sides entirely and there are no issues with surface noise or clicks/pops.
New outer protective plastic sleeve
