Folded card sleeve is in very good condition. Inserted into one side is the 4 page folded insert with credits and lyrics.
CD media is in good condition, inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just one very light mark right out on the outer edge of the media data area. I then played the release ENTIRELY, every single track, and there are no issues with playback at all
