J card case is in very good condition. This was received by us as a "bare bones" promotional only release - for industry use only. No front cover or other identifying information.
CD media is in good (minus) condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see some scuff marks OUTSIDE of the data area, these will not affect playback. I then played the ENTIRE release, every track, and there are no issues with playback at all.
