Cardboard sleeve is in very good condition. This is an "industry only" release and marked as such on the rear of the sleeve.
CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches on the media data area at all. I then played the entire release and there are no playback issues.
