This could be an unofficial copy. I do find online references to a Taiwanese release but the quality of this product's print on both the booklet and CD's makes me suspicious about its authenticity.

Cat# 7567 83242-2
1990
Taiwan release (OFFICIAL "maybe")
Matrix: CD232
ISRC: CN-F33-99-508-18/A.J6.A
CD case, front booklet and rear insert are all in good condition, light liquid mark to the rear inside insert.
CD faces have both English and Taiwanese print
Product barcode printed on the CD face but differs from the rear barcode
CD face barcode: 6919599196466
Rear barcode: 075678324222
Initially I suspected this was a bootleg/rip off but it does appear to be genuine product, just not printed so well. Much of the text is extremely small (rear) and the CD face print seems to have a bit of misprinting - around the edge of the CD face it has printed the usual no hiring, no broadcasting warning and then it looks like it has
"double printed" with the words making no sense at all.
The rear insert has a misprint on the last track "PURPIE PEOPLE"
There is NO record label logo on either CD face, just the front 4 page booklet and rear insert.
There is NO OBI supplied
Both CD media are in excellent condition. Media has been inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see no scratches/marks. I have then played the entire CD - no issues at all with any track
