Plastic sleeve is in good condition, inside the sleeve is a commercially offset printed CD front/back 4 page insert and the CD.
CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see no marks or scratches at all. I then played the ENTIRE release and there are no issues with playback on any track.
