This copy is on CDr media and used would have been used as a promotional product, to the broadcast industry but could have also been used to get a record label to sign them up! Although there is a release date, there is no mention of Sputnik at all.
In the end, the commercial album was released through Sputnik Records (Cat# 333402)

CD case, front cover are very basic (as is normal for such releases) with only the release date, tracks (identical to the commercial album) and no bio or other information (this info could have been on a separate sheet which I do not have now). There is no printed rear insert, just the original SONY CDr packaging.
CDr media is in excellent condition, unmarked. But just to make absolutely sure I have played the entire release and there are no issues at all.
