Looks like a bootleg, smells like a bootleg then it is extremely likely to be a bootleg (unofficial release)
Although some aspects of the packaging look "legit", others are definitely on the dodgy side (see below) and there is no such thing as a "partial unofficial release" it's either the official release or a rip-off, this one is the latter.
Some people collect bootlegs because they are "different" or perhaps are completely unofficial (usually live) recordings. We had a large collection of bootlegs once, so that we could experience the artist(s) music in a form that's different from the official, "sterilised" releases.
Bootlegs are illegal, produced by people who are ripping off the artist for personal gain! The artist receives no financial benefit and the "gravy train" e.g record labels also receive no financial benefit.
This bootleg is a direct digital copy of the original USA release but produced in Indonesia with some obvious packaging differences noted below.

Indonesian release
CD case, front cover and rear insert are all in very good condition.
NOTABLE packaging differences: Barcode area on the rear insert is bogus - the catalogue number is not a legitimate number sequence and there is no barcode to scan! Two countries of manufacture are listed, one being Printed in USA (lower area of the rear insert in a very small "hard to read" font and the other in the barcode "white box" area stating Made in Indonesia. Print quality is fine but these two major errors jump out!
CD media is in good (minus) condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see some very light ~ light scuff marks on the media (towards the outer edges of the data area) I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track, and all is fine - no problems at all with playback.
