MEEM was an live electronic act (real name Michael Moebus) beginning around 1995, playing minimal dance floor sounds in Canberra. Relocated to Sydney in 1997 and this debut double-album "Machines & Records" was released 1998 although it is live recordings made back in Canberra 1996 ~ 1997.

2x CD case with minimalist packing, meaning clear acrylic printed stickers are used front and back (no paper inserts) and a single clear acrylic 'disc' detailing tracks and some recording information, credits, thanks to ....
Both CD media are in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see one small light scratch on the BLUE disc and a couple of similar scratches on the RED disc. I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track on both discs, and there are NO issues with playback at all
