*** It does warn the user on the rear of the packaging that SOME CD players may have trouble playing the CD due to the copyright technology used. I did experience this on my Marantz machine but the trusty old Tascam 601 had no issues.

Tri fold digipak is in very good condition, no damage to either CD hub. Clean, no tears, no graphic damage and no writing with very light (if any) edgewear from normal handling.
Both CD media are in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see a couple of VERY LIGHT marks or scratches on both of the CD's. I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track on both the album and the bonus CD, and there are absolutely no playback issues at all.
